2004年建立了NewTechWood品牌，期間不斷通過試驗研究，在2006年推出了第一代塑木。

2007年NewTechWood進軍美國戶外地板市場。

2008年NewTechWood登陸歐洲戶外地板市場。

2009年到2012年NewTechWood成功進入歐洲最大建材家居零售集團翠豐集團（Kingfisher Group) 旗下的法國Castorama、 Brico Dép?t建材超市。

2010年，美新塑木開始研發具有更強的耐磨、抗褪色、抗刮、抗污漬和更強耐候性能，更加美觀實用的第二代塑木---共擠塑木型材。經過差不多2年的研發，NewTechWood在2011年年底推出了UltraShield^?系列產品，這就是震撼業界的美新超越^?塑木。

In 2012, NewTechWood launched first capped composite DIY product- UltraShield^? Deck Tile.

2013年年初，UltraShield^? Naturale?系列產品正式上線。經過原木處理之后，與二代共擠塑木相比，顏色、紋理超自然，效果更為逼真，是史上最接近真木質感的戶外共擠塑木。

Naturale? is a process on UltraShield^? capstock that makes the board visually more matte and gives a realistic fibrous texture to the board.

After two years of research and development, UltraShield^? Naturale? became available to the market on 2013.

2013年年末，DAF系列產品也應運而生。DAF系列相比于方塊地板更為靈活，可自由組建搭配出更多富有創造性的設計，也可與花箱、沙池、太陽燈等配套使用，效果更完美。

At the end of 2013, NewTechWood created Deck-A-Floor system, which includes the grid interlocking systems and compatible accessory options.
